All cancellations must be made in writing to us to our post office address. Cancellation will be accepted only if your cancellations will be received before 14 calendars days starting your order submission day and only if we will receive the returning items at best shape, with no use and with the original package.
There will be no cancellation for any services we have provided you.
Bank transaction fees which result from sending the refund to your account and your shipment fees for returning us items will not be covered by us. Transaction fees and shipment fees will be within your responsibility.
We will charge you for 100 NIS or 5% from your order value, the lowest, for cancellation fee. We will charge you for the cancelation fee by your payment method.
We will return your money, exclude for cancellation fee, within 14 business days from approving your cancelation.
