In fact, you must know Hebrew for being able to read it correctly. to learn Hebrew as a second language means constantly thinking about the meanings.

  2. No capitals letters – the reader can`t tell the difference between a proper name and a regular noun.
  3. Lack of vowels - the reader can face ambiguity in the same word.
  4. The pronunciation is not clear - how to read when you have two words which are written differently and could be pronounced the same.
  5. Writing from right to left – it means changing the direction each time you start reading or writing Hebrew.
  6. The cursive letters` direction - requires keeping the unique direction in order to be clear for the readers.

It is difficult and no one can change it now. The call for revolution was heard in the beginning of the twentieth century but it eventually failed.
